The location was perfect. we could easily walk to numerous restaurants and shops. the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. our room was huge and spotlessly clean. we also enjoyed the outdoor pool and the 24-hour fitness center. it's definitely a place we'd return to without considering other options.

Breakfast options were limited and a bit pricey.

Great location with stunning city view.
My experience at the hotel was disappointing. The air conditioning in my room turned off unpredictably, leaving me uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the plumbing was incredibly loud, which made it hard to relax. The shower was poorly sealed, causing leaks that created a mess on the bathroom floor.

Family with children accommodation that's satisfactory
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when we needed something. We were lucky to have a huge, clean room with a balcony, perfect for relaxing after our adventures.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but it was still acceptable given the circumstances.

We had a fantastic stay with our kids! The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a short walk from great restaurants and the Miami Mover. The spacious lobby made for a perfect spot to relax with coffee, while our balcony view was stunning.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

A Perfect Getaway in the Heart of the City!
We had a wonderful stay here! The city view from our room was breathtaking, especially at sunset. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for our evening relaxations. Don't miss the small cafe near the lobby for great coffee!

The location is awesome, just a few mins to the train and tons of restaurants nearby. Room had air conditioning, flat-screen TV, balcony, and a comfy sofa bed. Enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool on sun loungers. Staff was super friendly, and they had a cool bar with a tasty bacon cheeseburger.

fantastic central spot for city walks and great eats nearby
the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a few blocks of Brickell City Centre for shopping and parks, making it the perfect launchpad for exploring the city on foot. as a solo traveler, I appreciated how easy it was to access the train and Miami Mover for getting around, but the plumbing was really loud at times, which could be distracting.
